Product Introduction

The UCMOS series features C-mount USB2.0 microscopy cameras designed for educational, routine scientific research, and general industrial documentation applications. Equipped with high-sensitivity, low-noise CMOS sensors (Aptina/onsemi and others, model dependent), these cameras achieve plug-and-play operation with excellent compatibility through 480 Mbit/s USB2.0 connectivity, ensuring simple installation and deployment. Resolution coverage spans approximately 0.35–14 MP with aluminum alloy CNC precision construction providing durability and reliability for long-term stable operation.

The built-in Ultra-Fine color processing engine performs demosaicing, auto exposure/gain control, one-click white balance, and color/gamma/contrast optimization on the camera/software side, delivering natural and consistent color presentation. Each camera includes ToupView/ToupLite software and provides cross-platform SDK support (Windows/Linux/macOS/Android) for convenient system integration and secondary development.

The sensor front-end is equipped with high-quality IR-CUT filters that effectively filter infrared interference, protecting the sensor while ensuring color accuracy.

USB 2.0 Stable High-Speed Transmission Technology

Features onboard integrated high-speed buffer chips that ensure data synchronization and stable high frame rate transmission, effectively preventing frame drops. Even with USB 2.0 interface, it achieves smooth real-time observation requirements. At full resolution, it can achieve several to dozens of frames of smooth imaging, and frame rates can be further improved through ROI cropping and binning modes to meet dynamic process recording needs.

Unique Ultra-Fine Color Engine

Equipped with high-precision color processing algorithms that use advanced color calibration and mapping technology to accurately reproduce true colors. Particularly suitable for color-sensitive fields such as material analysis and biological specimens. Color reproduction is precise and realistic, accurately presenting subtle color differences in samples, providing reliable color information for scientific research and industrial inspection.
