Imaging Adapters & Optical Accessories

The imaging adapter series provides ToupTek cameras with a complete "optical to mechanical" accessory suite covering optical adaptation, stand positioning, lens systems, and illumination modules to help users rapidly digitize any brand of microscope, telescope, or machine vision platform and achieve optimal field of view and imaging quality.

Optical Interface Adaptation

Adapter Type Coverage Range Highlights
Universal C-Mount Reduction/Magnification Adapters 23.2 mm microscope eyepiece tubes, 31.75 mm telescope eyepiece tubes → C-Mount, magnification 0.37×–1× adjustable/fixed Manual focusing, parfocal adjustable with objectives, compatible with 1/4″–1″ sensors, complete field of view without dark corners
Global Brand TV Interface Adapters Olympus, Zeiss (P95 & 60N), Leica, Nikon, Huvitz, Labomed and other trinocular photo tubes → C/T2/M52 Built-in 0.35×–2.25× reduction lenses, CNC precision-machined housings, peak contrast reaching diffraction limit, lens entrance pupil perfectly matched to original optical path
Eyepiece Tube Adapters 23.2 mm → 30/30.5/30.75 mm One-step extension of 23.2 mm adapters to large eyepiece tubes, convenient for teaching microscope retrofitting

Mechanical Positioning & Stands

TPS-Series Heavy-Duty Column Stands: Flexible combination of brackets and bases, large focus knobs with durable steel gears, compatible with 50 mm/76 mm bodies and continuous zoom objectives, maximum base 380×250 mm
M-SD-HM1-5 Portable Stand: Rack and pinion focusing mechanism, lightweight and robust anodized aluminum construction, 60–110 mm focusing travel, suitable for USB portable digital microscope field sampling

Continuous Zoom Objectives

The TZM series is a 100% pure mechanical structure long working distance continuous zoom objective that achieves stepless smooth zooming through high-precision worm gear and ball bearings. Without any motors or encoders, it can rapidly switch magnification within 0.4×–8×/0.6×–12× to 1×–16× (optional) ranges while maintaining parfocal throughout the entire field of view.

Core Features

Power-free operation: Both zoom and coarse/fine adjustment rings use pure mechanical transmission
Parfocal optics: Focus position remains virtually unchanged during magnification
Long working distance: Standard 95 mm, optional 160 mm LWD version
Large zoom ratio: 8:1/12:1/16:1 three ratios available
Durable construction: 100,000 zoom cycles without loosening
Industry Application Application Examples Value Highlights
Electronics Manufacturing SMT solder joints, BGA solder balls Manual ring switching
Precision Machinery Tool wear, gear burrs Long working distance + large depth of field
Jewelry & Watchmaking Setting prongs, gear rivets 0.2×–32× extended magnification

Optical Lens Systems

🔴 Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) Lenses

M-Plan Apo NIR 2×–50× long working distance objectives use CaF₂ and quartz apochromatic design, maintaining 0.10–0.55 NA resolution even through silicon/ceramic materials. Suitable for 900–1700 nm wavelength range.

Silicon penetration depth ≥ 800 µm; thermal drift < 0.5 µm/°C
Provides SWIR coaxial/oblique illumination tubes, stray light < 0.2%
C-mount/F-mount dual interface
Applications: Chip micro-cracks, ceramic packaging, solar cell hidden defects and interconnect inspection
🟣 Ultraviolet Lenses

UV-A objective group uses all-quartz optical system, center wavelength 365 nm, with matching 3 W LED excitation module; long working distance (LWD) version available.

Quartz transmission > 90% @ 365 nm
Zero fluorescence coating to avoid background interference
Quick-change filter blocks (DAPI, FITC, TRITC)
Applications: DNA staining, fluorescent brightener detection, UV non-destructive testing
🔵 Visible Light Lenses

2×–50× Plan Apo & LWD objectives, up to 0.55 NA, supporting brightfield, metallographic, and polarized observation; all lenses compatible with intelligent imaging cameras through M26-C adapters.

10 mm–20 mm working distance, compatible with ring/polarized lighting
Multi-layer BBAR coating suppresses ghosting and enhances contrast
Node calibration files publicly available for convenient AI measurement/defect training
Applications: Metallographic grading, metal microhardness, rock thin sections, LCD polarization color difference
🎯 FA Machine Vision Lenses

FA-A/FA-B machine vision lenses: 6-megapixel grade, supporting 1/1.9″–2/3″ sensors, distortion ≤ 0.05%, C-Mount rapid integration.

Modular Imaging Systems

The five major modules DIC100, BMM100, PLM100, FM100, and BSM100 use a "body + hot-swappable observation tube + dedicated objective + light source" LEGO-style structure, enabling optical path switching between DIC, metallography, polarization, UV fluorescence, and short-wave infrared within 30 seconds, achieving cross-spectral imaging from 400 nm – 1700 nm.

Core Features

Hot-swappable tube mirrors: Change observation modes without recalibration
Coaxial/ring/polarized/NIR dedicated illumination with preset optical path chromatic aberration fine-tuning
Seamless integration with intelligent imaging cameras, HDMI 4K 30/60 fps output
Open SDK supporting deep learning defect detection integration
