AFDM511 Product Deep Introduction

The AFDM511 series features Sony IMX415 STARVIS back-illuminated CMOS (1/2.8"), supporting 4K (3840×2160) resolution. HDMI 2.0 enables low-latency 4K@60fps display (approximately 40 ms). The system integrates a 20× motorized continuous zoom lens with auto/manual focus, and embeds XCamView control and measurement software.

The AFDM511 has a standard working distance of 192 mm (auto-focus effective range approximately 150–195 mm). At this working distance, the low-magnification field of view is 200×112.5 mm, while the high-magnification field of view is 10×5.6 mm, enabling both quick positioning and microscopic detail observation. The device provides multi-interface output: HDMI 2.0, USB3.0 (USB Video via ToupView capture), Ethernet (network transmission via ToupView); and supports wireless image transmission through USB connection with 5G Wi-Fi adapter.

In terms of functionality, it supports real-time focus stacking, real-time image stitching, RAW capture, H.264 video recording (4K storage frame rate up to 60 fps), automatic network upload of captured files, USB voice control module voice commands (capture/record/freeze), meeting efficient application requirements for inspection, teaching, and automation scenarios.
