UCMOS Series
Product Introduction
The UCMOS series features C-mount USB2.0 microscopy cameras designed for educational, routine scientific research, and general industrial documentation applications. Equipped with high-sensitivity, low-noise CMOS sensors (Aptina/onsemi and others, model dependent), these cameras achieve plug-and-play operation with excellent compatibility through 480 Mbit/s USB2.0 connectivity, ensuring simple installation and deployment. Resolution coverage spans approximately 0.35–14 MP with aluminum alloy CNC precision construction providing durability and reliability for long-term stable operation.
The built-in Ultra-Fine color processing engine performs demosaicing, auto exposure/gain control, one-click white balance, and color/gamma/contrast optimization on the camera/software side, delivering natural and consistent color presentation. Each camera includes ToupView/ToupLite software and provides cross-platform SDK support (Windows/Linux/macOS/Android) for convenient system integration and secondary development.

Aptina High-Performance CMOS Sensors
Leading Aptina CMOS sensors deliver crisp imagery with balanced sensitivity. Low-noise circuitry and broad dynamic range maintain image quality under varied lighting conditions. A high-quality IR-cut filter at the sensor entrance blocks unwanted infrared light to preserve accurate color rendition while protecting the sensor.
Stable USB2.0 Data Pipeline
The on-board high-speed buffer keeps data synchronized for reliable high-frame-rate transfer, minimizing dropped frames. Even on USB2.0, the camera supports smooth real-time viewing. Full-resolution capture delivers several frames per second, while ROI cropping and binning increase frame rates further for dynamic events.
Ultra-Fine Color Engine
Advanced color calibration and mapping algorithms reproduce lifelike hues, ideal for materials analysis, biological specimens, and other color-sensitive work. Subtle tone variations are preserved to provide dependable color information for research and industrial inspection.
Comprehensive Software Ecosystem
Bundled ToupView and ToupLite software support Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android. SDKs cover native C/C++, C#/VB.NET, Python, Java, DirectShow, TWAIN, and more, allowing straightforward system integration. The software suite scales from routine observation to advanced analysis and enables rapid secondary development.
Robust Aluminum Alloy Construction
Precision CNC-machined aluminum alloy housing provides strong mechanical protection and effective heat dissipation. With no moving parts, the camera operates reliably over long periods without vibration-induced blur. Passive cooling maintains stable operating temperatures, ensuring consistent sensor performance.
