AFDM412 Product Deep Introduction
The AFDM412 features Sony IMX415 back-illuminated CMOS (1/2.8"), providing 4K (3840×2160) output; HDMI/USB/Network output frame rates are all 4K@30fps. The system integrates 18× motorized continuous zoom with auto/manual focus, and embeds XCamView control and measurement.
The standard measurement working distance is 250 mm (auto-focus range 205–255 mm). At this working distance, the low-magnification field of view is 255×145 mm, while the high-magnification field of view is 14.2×8.0 mm, balancing quick positioning at low magnification with detailed observation at high magnification.
The device supports HDMI 1.4 (4K/1080P auto-switching), USB Video (UVC, captured via ToupView), Ethernet (network transmission via ToupView); supports wireless image transmission through USB connection with 5G Wi-Fi adapter. Image enhancement provides Ultra-Fine color engine, 3D noise reduction, ROI white balance and local dynamic range adjustment; also supports measurement calibration, geometric measurement and parameter export, as well as 4K H.264 video recording (storage frame rate 30 fps).
