The AFDM511 series integrates a Sony IMX415 STARVIS back-illuminated CMOS sensor (1/2.8") with native 4K (3840×2160) resolution. HDMI 2.0 delivers low-latency 4K @ 60 fps display (typical latency about 40 ms). A 20× motorized continuous zoom lens and auto/manual focus are built in, together with the XCamView control and measurement software.
AFDM511 provides a standard working distance of 192 mm (effective auto-focus range approximately 150 to 195 mm). Within this range, the field of view spans 200 × 112.5 mm at low magnification and 10 × 5.6 mm at high magnification, covering rapid positioning and detailed inspection. Output interfaces include HDMI 2.0, USB 3.0 (USB Video captured via ToupView) and Ethernet (ToupView network transmission), with optional USB 5G Wi-Fi adapters for wireless streaming.
Feature highlights include real-time depth-of-field fusion, real-time image stitching, RAW capture, H.264 recording (4K storage frame rate up to 60 fps), automatic upload of captured images, and USB audio control module voice commands (capture/record/freeze), enabling efficient workflows across inspection, teaching and automation scenarios.
