For USB cameras, please confirm whether the camera is shown in the device manager and the driver is installed or not. Please refer to question (USB bandwidth is not sufficient).
For WiFi cameras, please confirm whether you have connect the camera and the computer (or mobile devices) in the same network.
For USB cameras, if it is shown in the device manager and the driver is installed correctly, the most possible reason why the camera is not shown in the software is that the software is not right version. Please update the software.
For WiFi cameras, if the camera and the computer (or mobile device) is connected in the same network, please try to update the software and check again.
