1. Please copy the corresponding dynamic library files (mmgr_dal_Uvcsam.dll and uvcsam.dll in x86 folder for 32bit OS and in x64 foder for 64bit OS.) to the installation directory of micro-manager.
2. Please pay attention to the "Device API Version" of micro-manager, such as 68, 69, 70, 71, etc. You can find the "Device API Version" in the About box of micro-manager (See the image below). Then, select file in the matching sub-directory according to the "Device API Version" of micro-manager. Using mismatch version file cause the software to not work properly or even crash.
3. To use the camera, you can add the camera into the current configuration or create a new configuration. In the hardware configuration wizard, you can find the camera as Uvcsam in the available device list. Add Uvcsam in the device list and then you can use it in micro-manager.
